The I-539 form to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status allows individuals under a nonimmigrant status in the United States to either change to another nonimmigrant classification or to extend their stay under the current status.

The B1 Visa for Business Visitors allows foreign nationals to enter and stay in the United States for business purposes. It is appropriate for companies that routinely require foreign employees to travel to the United States for multiple months, as well as individuals who often travel to the United States for work purposes.

The E1 visa classification for Treaty Traders allows qualifying foreign nationals to enter the U.S. to conduct trade between the U.S. and their home country. 

The E2 visa classification for Treaty Investors is exclusive for citizens of treaty countries. It allows a treaty country investor to receive a work visa after investing in a new or existing enterprise in the United States.

The F1 visa classification for Academic Students is appropriate for foreign nationals qualified to attend a full course of study at colleges, universities, conservatories, or academic high schools in the U.S. 

The H1B visa classification for Specialty Occupations allows U.S. employers to augment the existing labor force with highly skilled temporary workers.  

The L-1A Intracompany Transferee Executive or Manager is one of the most popular nonimmigrant visas for ambitious businessmen or major corporations. 

The L-1B Intracompany Transferee Specialized Knowledge allows employers to transfer foreign employees with specialized knowledge relating to the company’s operations, products, or services to one of the affiliates or subsidiaries in the United States.

The O-1 Nonimmigrant Visa classification is for individuals who possess extraordinary ability(O-1A) in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics, or who have a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement (O-1B) in the motion picture or television industry and have been recognized nationally or internationally for those achievements.

The R1 visa classification for Nonimmigrant Religious Workers allows a foreign national to enter the United States to work in a religious capacity for up to five years. 

A TN Visa is a nonimmigrant visa that temporarily allows qualified Canadian and Mexican citizens to work in the United States.
