While in law school, Linchi worked as a judicial intern for Judge Marianne B. Bowler at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Upon graduating from law school, Linchi clerked for Judge Harold W. Fullilove at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County.
Linchi has helped many prominent foreign talents, such as scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, dancers, and business professionals, receive their immigration benefits in the United States. Linchi is also a dedicated advocate for family reunification through lawful immigration pathways, with particular support for individuals and families within the LGBTQ+ community.
In his free time, Linchi enjoys dancing. He has won 4th place in a regional Hip Hop and Urban dance competition in China. Linchi is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, and limited professional Korean.
